What goes on at the festival:

• Polka Mass at 11 a.m.
• Grilled Pork and Dumpling dinner, served 11 a.m. until sold out.
• Continuous music, noon - 6 p.m. Click for the line-up.
• Church tours
• Prizes and cash drawings
• Home-baked goods, including many Czech favorites
• Lunch stand and refreshments
• Silent Auction
• Games for all ages
• Shuttle service starting at 9 a.m.

Thank you!!

Our parish is blessed to have such wonderful volunteers and truly remarkable weather for our 57th Annual Ho-Down! Thank you to:

• Our chairpeople for their hard work in planning and the day of.
• Our choir, Eddie Shimota, Steve Skluzacek, Larry Adamek, and Charlie Sticha for their festive music at the Polka Mass.
• Charlie Sticha for providing us with the fantastic musicians. 
• The businesses, individuals and organizations who donated raffle prizes.
• Novak Companies and First Catholic Slovak Ladies for donating towards expenses.
• Mike Novak, Terry Adamek and Jim Horazdovsky (Freedom Stage Rental) for use of trailers for the bands, and Tim and Mitch Novak for their fish house to use for the cashier.
• Metogga Lake Dairy for milk for the dinner and malt mix.  
• Horejsi Farms for butter used for baking and dumplings.
• Silhouettes Embroidery & Screen Printing for supplying the t-shirts, hats and koozies.
• Our parishioners who donated items toward the silent auction, cake walk, bake sale, and country store.
• Those who worked hard this summer to get our parish grounds looking great for the event: Gary Shimota, Eddie Shimota, NS Landscapes, Franek Concrete, Simon Companies and Dan Simon Painting.
